Track My Order
Check the status of your Cauff order
Once your order leaves our workshop, you’ll be able to follow it all the way to your doorstep. Use the steps below to quickly find your tracking information and delivery status.
1. Use your shipping confirmation email
As soon as your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email to the address used at checkout.
In that email you’ll find:

Your order number
-
The carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)

A tracking link
Click the tracking link in that email at any time to see the most up-to-date status of your package.
Tip: If you don’t see the email, check your Promotions, Updates, or Spam/Junk folder for a message from sales@cauff.com.
2. Track your order through your Cauff account
If you created an account at checkout:

Go to Your Account:
https://cauff.com/account -
Log in using the email you used when you placed your order

Click on your order number
-
Click the tracking link shown on the order page
Your account will show all of your past orders and their current status.
3. Don’t have the email or an account?
No worries — we can look it up for you.
Please email us at sales@cauff.com with:
-
Your full name
-
The email address used at checkout
-
Your order number (if you have it)
We’ll respond with your tracking information as soon as possible.
4. My tracking says “Delivered” but I don’t see my package
If your tracking shows Delivered but you can’t find the package, please:

Check all entrances, porches, and around the mailbox

Ask family members or neighbors if they accepted the delivery

Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark a package delivered slightly early
If you still can’t find it after 24 hours, email us at sales@cauff.com and include your order number and tracking number. We’ll work with the carrier to help resolve it.
5. My order is delayed or not moving
Sometimes carriers experience delays due to weather, holidays, or routing issues.
If your tracking hasn’t updated for 5+ business days, contact us with your:

Name

Order number
-
Tracking number
We’ll review it and let you know the next steps.
