We take pride in delivering our handcrafted products quickly and safely. Every order is packed with care in our workshop and shipped using reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

🕒 Processing Time

We hand-craft or prepare each product with care before shipping.

Processing time: 1– business day

United States (Domestic Shipping)

Standard Shipping 3–7 business days Calculated at checkout
Expedited Shipping 2–4 business days Calculated at checkout
Priority Shipping 1–3 business days Calculated at checkout

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier delays.


📍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number.

You can track your package anytime through:

  • Your order confirmation email

  • Your Cauff account (if you created one)

  • The carrier’s tracking page


📦 Packaging & Protection

Every item is packaged securely in custom-fit, protective packaging to ensure your handcrafted product arrives safely.
Wooden game boards and HDPE products are especially protected from impact and weather during transit.


🌎 International Shipping

At this time, we currently ship only within the United States.
International shipping may be added in the future as we expand.


❗ Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or shows as “delivered” but cannot be found:

Please contact us within 5 days at:

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make it right.


📦 Incorrect Shipping Address

If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately at:

If your order has not shipped, we can update the address.
If it has already shipped, we cannot alter the delivery but may be able to assist once the carrier updates the tracking.
