30-Day Return Window

You may return any unopened or unused item within 30 days of receiving your order.

Condition of Returned Items

Products must be:

• In new, unused condition

• In original packaging (when applicable)

• Free of damage, wear, or signs of use

Shipping Costs

• Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

• Your order number

• The item you wish to return

• A brief reason for the return
