What materials do you use?

Our products are made using premium American hardwoods (such as oak and walnut) and durable HDPE for weather‐resistant items. Each piece is crafted with care in our small workshop and built to last.

Are your products handmade?

Yes. All Cauff wooden game boards and plaques are cut, shaped, sanded, and finished by hand. HDPE products are CNC-cut for precision and durability.

Do the game boards come with marbles or pegs?

Yes. Most of our board games include marbles and/or pegs, plus any accessories listed on the product page.

Do you offer custom logos or engraving?

Not at this time, but custom work may be added in the future.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders ship within 1 business day.

How long does delivery take?

Standard shipping usually arrives in 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — currently we ship within the United States only.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

How do I care for my wooden game board?

Keep it dry and store it indoors. Clean with a soft cloth — no harsh chemicals.
Avoid exposing hardwoods to moisture or extreme temperatures.

Can HDPE products be left outside?

Yes. HDPE is weather-resistant and ideal for outdoor use. It won’t warp, crack, or fade like wood.
